Job Title: Sol Fence Installer (Contract)
About the Role
As a SOL Fence Installer, you’ll professionally install vertical bifacial solar privacy fence systems for homeowners. Your craftsmanship directly supports energy freedom and helps customers generate clean power from their own property.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

Install vertical bifacial solar fencing according to engineering standards

Assemble aluminum framing & mounting hardware

Perform electrical connections & interconnection processes

Conduct on-site safety & quality checks
-
Communicate with customers professionally

Maintain tools & project documentation

Work efficiently with Sol Fence team members

Follow all OSHA & Sol Fence safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

Show up reliably & ready to work

Can lift 50+ lbs throughout the workday

Have dependable transportation to job sites

Communicate clearly with customers & team members

Use power tools confidently & safely

Commit to job-site safety

Experience in fencing, construction, solar, or electrical work

Familiarity with aluminum framing
